A SOARING TRIBUTE TO OMAHA'S URBAN WILDLIFE
 

Rising six stories high, this striking Art Deco–inspired mural celebrates the peregrine falcon, one of the world’s fastest and most iconic birds of prey. Created by Omaha artist Dave Koenig, this mural pays tribute to both the building’s namesake and the city’s skyline.

Installed by Arbor Street Studios, the piece commands attention from within the hotel’s innovative lightwell, which was carved out of the building during its adaptive reuse to bring natural light and art into the heart of the structure. A symbol of agility, vision, and rebirth—the falcon represents the Peregrine hotel’s soaring transformation.
